READY FOR IMMEDIATE START I am looking for developers skilled with H.264 video transmission using C# and C++. This Project is to demonstrate control of AXIS IP cameras along with Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) video routing techniques. This project is broken down into tasks: 1. Create a basic Video Player application that is written using the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). The Video Player will connect to 1 or more AXIS IP camera/s to request video streams in a variety of sizes, bitrates and playback speeds. The video will be streamed using H.264 Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) 2. The second part of this project is to create a Direct Link Library (DLL) that will perform H.264 transcoding. This DLL is written in C++ and will produce a transcoded video stream that will be viewable within the MediaElement in the Video Player application. The above steps are detailed further in the attached document. At the end of this project the contractor will deliver: 1. Working source code for each software deliverable 2.
