Role: Customer Change Analyst Skills: Customer Change Analyst - Retail Banking - Impact Analysis Overview: Our client, one of the UK's largest retail banks, require the services of a Customer Change Analyst Core duties of the role: Supporting the Project Manager in the following activities:- Detail and document the CSOC impacts Define and document the customer treatment strategies Map the consolidated CSOC impacts of change for all BAM initiatives Feed into and critique the Customer communications Support the People Impact Of Change/communications work streams identifying interdependencies Reporting progress CSOC stakeholder Management Core skills and experience required: Must be experienced in customer Side of change and Communications and Marketing campaigns Able to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills - written and oral. Desirable Skills Some Marketing experience or experience of implementing Marketing campaigns would be helpful.
