Assist staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related technology. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve problems. Assist in the maintenance and testing of network servers and associated equipment. The position's responsibilities require independent analyses, communication and problem solving. Work performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment. Will need to have experience with desktop setup, windows desktop setups, wired & wireless printer setup. Good knowledge of cleaning MALWARE / virus infected P.C.'s. Ability to set up small office network. People skills are a must. Must have reliable transportation. Windows server knowledge a plus.
