Je functie: Release Management Coordinator – Application Packaging Remediation (Data Analysis, Process and Quality follow–up) The Role of the Release Management Coordinator is to effectively – Test coordination: * Identifies improvements to the process and assists in their implementation. * Plans, arranges and controls meetings, workshops and relations with client/user staff. * Set up and maintain Quality Center (Defect tracking/management) – Follow–up/reporting activities: * analyze release management data to detect anomalies. Propose improvements. * setup/create/maintain tools to guarantee follow–up of all activities reporting (excel 2010 / access 2010) dashboards * you like to analyse data * Assist in the actual follow–up Je profiel: Education & Soft skills Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience – Team player – Quick self–starter, pro–active attitude, – Good Communication and Influencing skills; – Good analytical and synthesis skills; – Autonomy, commitment and perseverance – Ability to work in a dynamic and multi–cultural env Experience: 2 years of experience in similar function Technical experience / knowledge: Mandatory: – Office 2010 (Ms Excel, Ms Access and Office automation) – Knows how to write a SQL statement Preferable: – Experience with test coordination – Knowledge of release management – Knowledge of application packaging/delivery Fluent in English Fluent in French or Dutch
