Je functie: Objective of the job: Doing project management of 3 main releases per year. Lead and steer involved teams to deliver requested content. Maturity to challenge business on listed requirement and to contain the scope. Technical experience to write a high quality functional design for Java applications. * This assignment is about taking project management responsibility for the delivery of regular releases of multiple SW applications. This involves responsibility over the full delivery cycle of release from demand management until delivery to the Production System. – Planning, coordination and follow–up of release related activities – Demand management taking in new business requirements and delivery of estimates of implementation cost – Work closely with multiple stakeholders in a complex organization including the business asset responsible, the SW factory, the Test competence center and in France * The assignment can also include Functional Analyst work. – This involves working closely with his or her business counterpart in analysing the business requirements. Obtain requirement descriptions on time from the business and challenge them to ensure the quality of the business requirement is to high standard. – Translating user requirements and formalizing them into understandable functional specifications and for test script preparation by the functional test team. * Take in processes and documentation from the project team and adaption/modification of demand/delivery related processes to be able to support long–term evolution of the asset in an effective way. * 3rd line support follow–up and coordination for the SW applications that are in production applying ITIL processes. Je profiel: Experience – Master or Bachelor – At least 10 years of experience – At least 5 years experience in functional analysis and project management – Knowledge of project methodologies – Key technical background = Websphere, Java, Java scripting, html, XML – Experience using UML – Knowledge of development methods, standards and tools – Banking experience is an advantage – Experience of business analysis and functional design in a Java context. – Experience with working in a complex organization Behavioral skills: – High maturity and leadership skills to be able to function effectively in a highly challenging environment including demanding business stakeholders and a complex organization. – Highly assertive individual, who is able to express oneself, listen, communicate and coordinate with various audiences – Business, Developers, Architects, Infrastructure specialist. – Diplomatic and collaborative skills are essential to the success in this role. – Rigor and being methodical – Adapts quickly and easily Language requirements: English is mandatory.
