The position involves coordinating and managing one or more projects at clients sites and ensuring site managers are adhering to clients requirements at all times. Other responsibilities will be managing the suppliers to ensure delivery requirements are fulfilled and ensuring a high level of service is delivered to the customer at all phases of the contract. Also there will be responsibility for managing and controlling all costs and also the sub-contractors performance throughout. The ideal candidate will have IOSH Managing Safely in Construction or CITB Site Manager Safety Training scheme and also some experience in shopfitting is essential. You will be organised with the ability to manage all aspects of a retail construction project. We require somebody with excellent interpersonal skills as the need to communicate with all personnel involved is imperative as is the need to build relationships with the customer.
