Office Services Assistant

We have opportunities in our occasional work team to help cover sickness, holidays and project work at any of our three Edinburgh sites. As it is a zero hours contract we will try and provide hours to suit your availability. A set number of hours are not guaranteed every week therefore it is most suited to students or those who wish to supplement their income. It is preferable that the applicant is available to work at least three weekdays. The role will focus on; • Office services, including copying, binding, mail, couriers and stock control Essential skills for the role includes; • Proven and relevant customer service skills • Immaculate presentation with excellent communication skills • A keen eye for detail with good writing and arithmetic skills • A proactive, want-to-do attitude with strong customer service focus • Flexibility, helpfulness and approachability Due to the anticipated interest in this role, we will not be responding to unsuccessful applicants.
