This position is all phone support providing customer service and technical troubleshooting support for proprietary software, including password resets, providing level 1 PC and Printer support, logging the calls in Remedy a call management system, etc. This position requires a general computer knowledge and skills using UNIX/LINUX. Team will be expected to excel in assessing technical issues and escalating calls to the appropriate support staff. The ideal candidate would be a team player, with a positive attitude and be self motivated.
