Stafffinders are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst for a large organisation in Glasgow for a fixed term contract until March 2013. The duties include, but are not limited to@ � Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications, and detailed test plans. � Analyse and document business processes and, requirements � Document results of business analysis and submit options for appraisal and sign off that adhere to programme management structure & documentation standards � To provide the link between the customer experience team, service development team, service design team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle. � To design the test scenarios and test scripts. � Interpret & manage change requests including business impact assessments including management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met. � Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies � Consult on dependant projects � Support proof of concept, results analysis and implementation activity The ideal candidate will: � Self motivated and proactive approach; � Creative and innovative with the personality and determination to work with partners to secure the implementation of objectives; � Logical and pragmatic problem solving approach; � Proficient at stakeholder and project management � Well developed facilitation skills; � Excellent communicator, able to communicate at all levels; � Able to multi-task, prioritise and delegate appropriately.
