Headquartered in Washington DC metro area Zolon also has an office Dallas, Texas. ******************************************************************************** HEALTHCARE OR PREVIOUS BCBS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Job Description: Responsibilities: As part of Facets Operational Efficiencies CI and under the direction of the SaMMD OTS Director, resource will assist the product configuration team by creating SQL scripts to trace defects found in core products down through the variation products, and then to resolve the defects via scripting: * Analyze product configuration defect scenarios provided by the product configuration team. * Confer with product configuration team to confirm scripting requirements (e.g., data, information needs, processing, specific output, functional and development of test data). * Use experience and expert-level Facets claims, product and data model knowledge to design, develop and run queries. Requirements: * This position requires a BA/BS in computer science with 3-6 years of direct development experience on the TriZetto Facets system on an Oracle platform, or comparable experience. * Candidates must have proficiency with the Facets 4.71 data model, especially an understanding of the interaction between Facets product tables. Additional Skills: Expert-level Facets 4.71 Claims Data Model knowledge, Expert-level SQL experience on an ORACLE database, TOAD, high-level Facets Claims adjudication or Product Configuration knowledge, ability to turn high level claims-scenario requirements in to flat files of claims data with minimal instruction or intervention, five to ten years of experience in the Facets application, five of it recent. Recent experience in a Blues Plan is required.
