Samples Co-ordinator/Administrator (Part Time)
Samples Co-ordinator/Administrator - Gosport - �7.25 - �7.50 per hour - 6 Month Contract - Part Time 16-20 hours per week Reporting to the Marketing Manager this role will work with customers to ensure the efficient co-ordination of customer sample requests. The role is a key link with customers and commercial roles. Key responsibilities include:- � The management of the daily requests for samples from customers and prospects. � To ensure that all requests are initially logged on to a spreadsheet and are despatched within 48 hours. � To ensure the sample service is cost-effective and efficient and in line with the allocated postage budget. � To maintain a consistent professional standard of presentation. � Maintaining adequate stock levels of products, literature and printed products. � Sending out sample batches in conjunction with product launches and specific sample mail outs as organised by the Marketing team. The successful candidates will have the following:- � Be educated to GCSE level in Maths & English � PC literate � MS Office, MS Excel is essential. � Ideally experience of Lotus notes and using an electronic stock management system. � Strong communication and organisational skills � A professional telephone manner. � Be able to prioritise workload and work on own initiative. � Must have strong attention to detail and focussed on presentation of material. � A methodical approach to the recording of information � A positive �Can do� attitude.
