We are a 10 year old financial service company. Job description: We need a dedicated, friendly and client centered support team member to assist with email processing, inbound and outbound client calls. - Email management. Much of our client engagement happens via email. We have a step by step process we take clients through. For example, once they email us they have completed step one, we email them step two. This process needs to be understood and closely managed. - Outbound calling to clients to assist them to move to next step or proactively follow up - Inbound calling. When clients have a question they will often times call in. You must be available to take those calls live and answer questions or escalate to a manager - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your Qualifications, Requirements and Responsibilities: -customer support -computer skills -ability to read and stick to a script -ability to generate and maintain rapport -familiarity with online CRM systems -have a positive attitude -ability to follow up if a prospect needs a call back or to reschedule -attention to detail. we receive calls from all time zones and agent needs to pay attention to this when scheduling appointments - Dedicated Phone line - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills Typing, Admin Assistant, Customer Service, Email Handling, U.S. Culture Customer Service, Helpdesk, Telephone Handling, General Office We are looking for applicants located in the US only please.
