My client based in Coventry is recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join their busy, faced paced team. The ideal candidate will be required to deliver high levels of customer service over the phone, and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will need to be able to demonstrate your capability of handling difficult calls, and be used to dealing with numerous enquiries at any one time. You will need to be highly organised, have a brilliant telephone manner and be confident when speaking with customers and clients. The salary for this post is £6.40 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £9.58 after 12 weeks.
