We are in need of a consultant to fill the role of a Security Analyst in Dayton, OH. Upon completion of the Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation which will require approximately 40 initial hours, the candidate will work 4-8 hours a week on a flexible schedule to ensure all requirements are met. We would like candidate to start as soon as possible in order to have transition time with the departing resource. Requirements: · National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Security Analyst Tasks: · Annual Security Review: RYAN shall facilitate all required tests and reviews by DIACAP to satisfy the annual security review, prepare/update annual security documentation, and provide notice of annual security review completion in writing and coordinated thru program manager. (CDRL A008). · System accreditation: RYAN shall maintain CHRIS Certification and Accreditation (C&A); an Approval to Connect (ATC) and Approval to Operate (ATO). Ensure that any change in configuration, mode of operation, or other modification is analyzed to determine system security impacts(s); is appropriately addressed through the CHRIS configuration management process; and is properly acted upon to maintain a level of security consistent with the requirements established in the Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMass) and Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP). Maintain DIACAP artifacts and supporting documentation using agency tools. Update artifacts when there is any change affecting the security posture, architecture or configuration of the system. Facilitate accreditation process thru all cycles to authorization. Work closely with approvers to comply with all tests and documentation.
