My coder based in Romania has been working on a social networking site for the last year. Unfortunately we are still only 70% through the project. I am looking for a coder with knowledge of HTML who can help "clean up" the existing code on the site and to finish off various functionality. I am looking for someone who can devote time to the project and can work with my existing coder, who will provide all source code.
