For this project I need someone who can access the MLS (Southern California) and pull information from the "Solds" in the City of Anaheim for the last 6 months. Objective: Determine the top 3 agents, based on my criteria, working in a specified boundary and price zone within the City of Anaheim. Method: I am not familiar with the MLS in this area, but what I need done is a review of sold properties within a specified area in Anaheim. I need to know which agent has closed the most sales AS BOTH THE SELLER'S AGENT AND BUYER'S AGENT. In other words: WHICH THREE AGENTS IN THIS AREA AND PRICE RANGE OVER THE LAST SIX MONTHS HAVE BROUGHT THE MOST SELLERS AND BUYERS TOGETHER. I don't know how the MLS works for Southern California and I don't have access anyway. So it would be up to you how you accomplish this task. The parameters are as follows: 1. SFR sales in the last 6 months 2. Sold price range $175,000-$350,000 3. Boundaries a. North-La Palma Ave. b. South-Katella Ave. c. East- Sunkist St. d. However, I did this in 3 hours using FLMS in Atlanta. So that’s what I base this on. If you have access to the California MLS and are skilled with it, this task should take 3-8 hours.
