Our San Diego, California client is currently seeking multiple experienced Software Engineers to design and develop the highest quality product possible. The selected candidates will be responsible for design and development of the company's software products through development methodologies and standards. Main Duties: Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software Translate technical requirements and understand client's needs to help frame a solution that meets all expectations Work on a team in a collaborative environment to build the best solution Maintain good working relationship with internal and external contacts Assist with mentoring of new staff on tasks, department standards, procedures, and requirements Attend and participate in staff meetings Complete special projects and/or research as assigned Maintain ongoing knowledge of departmental procedures Maintain confidentiality of client information Develop analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutions As the successful applicant, you will possess the following requirements: Experience with .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, XSL, HTTP, Web Services, Java, and distributed applications 7 years of general experience performing enterprise-wide set of disciplines for planning, analysis, design, and construction of information systems on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterprise A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years of general experience is equivalent) Willingness to share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and learn new technologies
