This person will responsible for analysis, design, development, and the implementation of web-application solutions for finance, credit, margin, and regulatory businesses. The role is of a Java/J2EE Developer/Architect requires strong hands-on development experience. Work on design and development of core libraries/modules. This role will involve daily communications with IT and non-IT staff; therefore a diverse range of communication styles must be present. They are looking to start this Developer ASAP! A Kforce client is seeking Sr. Java Architect/Developer with a minimum 10 years of experience. Required Skills to include Primary (Essential) Java Skills: Java/J2EE Web application development in WebSphere 7/RAD 7.5 UI Frameworks (Struts/Spring/JSF/JSON/AJAX) experience Web Services and REST Services Object-Oriented Design patterns Ability to perform unit/integration/performance testing Primary DB Skills (Essentials): 5-6 years of advanced SQL skills writing complex SPs, functions, SQL in SQL Server 2005, DB2, and Sybase environments Experience with analyzing requirements from business users Secondary Skills: Finance Domain Knowledge Mentoring Junior Developers Optional Skills (Big Plus): Create python UI components and application development in Python language Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
