Our client is currently seeking a Creative Designer in San Antonio, Texas. Tasks: * Executes concepts, designs, and/or coding of integrated visual/technical solutions * Applies mature knowledge of design principles; and develops knowledge of business objectives * Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure all executions fulfill requirements * Ensures compliance with design, brand, legal and/or accessibility standards/requirements, as required * Executes design concepts and/or prototypes for use in usability testing * Facilitates the development and improvement initiatives for design processes, procedures, standards and guidelines * Serves as a resource to less experienced team members * May resolve design and technical issues through an understanding of the business and design principles. Clearly articulates the various facets of the issue and leads the team to resolution * Contributes to the alignment of member experiences across projects, programs, products and channels Utilization of the following equipment and applications is typical: * Desktop computer with all related peripherals, in both PC and Mac environments * Telephone, Blackberry, copier and fax machine * Microsoft Office applications Minimum Education: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 6 years work experience Preferred Education: * 6+ yrs experience in marketing, advertising or digital design Knowledge/Skills/Attributes: * Fully proficient understanding of marketing/advertising and/or user experience and/or interactive design principles * Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal * Experience collaborating on cross-functional initiatives and contributing to business decisions Additional Skills: * Self-motivated and able to work well with a diverse group of people * Experience meeting tight deadlines * Fully proficient skills in print and traditional media channels; and/or digital channel technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS and JavaScript) * Fully proficient skills working with the Adobe Creative Suite * Proficient with Microsoft Office
