PPI Business Analyst-Contract-�510p/day-London One of my Clients, a leading Global Bank, are on the search for A PPI Business Analyst to come in and To clearly define and ensure continuity/traceability of the functional, non-functional requirements and processes as part of the overall definition of the decision making part of the PPI complaint handling process to support business needs and objectives. Some of the key aspects of the role will be: * Translate business operations and objectives into requirement/design documentation to support the aims of the Programme/Project * Support the analysis and demand challenge of requirements and requirements gathering * Define functional and non-functional requirements * Produce functional and non-functional specifications * Manage stakeholder relationships between the demand (business) and suppliers (IT) around the understanding of requirements and the constraints and limitations of solutions * Apply analytical skills to solutions delivery/build and technical documentation * Facilitate the definition of solution acceptance criteria and conduct UAT * Able to produce/document project deliverables at all phases from initiation through to closure Essential experience: * Experience of complaints handling * Good knowledge and experience (5 years+) of business requirements and defining business designs/processes within financial organisations * Solid communication skills with ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation up to Executive level * Process mapping and requirements definition expertise Preferred * Knowledge of claims management handling and decision making * Experience of PPI complaints * Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) If you think this is the role for you, please contact Rocky Patel on 020 7398 3600 or alternatively, send me your CV and I will contact you as soon as I can.
