SR Business Analyst Frank Dodd / FX / Money Markets Jersey City, NJ SR Business Analyst Frank Dodd / FX / Money Markets Location: Jersey City, NJ Position Type: Contract W-2 or Corp-Copr - Local Candidates only Strong Back Office Managers, Traders, Middle Office, Risk Management in all aspects of Foreign Exchange and Money Markets process requirements gathering and development MUST have experience with Compliance/Frank Dodd, FX - Foreign Exchange, Money Markets Overall Purpose of Job: Carry out the efforts required for design, development, production implementations and support of Dodd Frank systems in accordance with bank and department policy and procedures. Analyze the current state in order to create the design, definition and documentation of business requirements and associated technology and processes. Carry out business analysis and assist developers with business knowledge and subsequent testing of systems. Support the coordination of project test plans with the business users. Provide status and implementation recommendations to superiors. Prepare own and review other’s full documentation in accordance with department policy and procedures. Interface with Operations/Back Office Managers, Traders, Middle Office, Comptrollers and Risk Management in all aspects of Foreign Exchange and Money Markets process requirements gathering and development. Responsible for the development and maintenance of applicable documentation Coordinate and conduct tests and program implementations, test assignments thoroughly and confirm the results with business users. Provide functional support and guidance to developers, collaborating to satisfy the technical vision while balancing functional usability needs (e.g., design reviews). Make or update documentation when processes are changed or modified in accordance to established Standards, and fulfill administrative duties such as weekly reporting, QA Change Mgmt Documentation, meeting minutes. Develop and carry out supervisory approved training programs. Experience/Abilities: Dodd Frank experience is required. . Knowledge of market regulations and compliance is a plus. Must proactively communicate and collaborate with multiple sources to analyze needs, constraints and functional requirements. Additionally, experience with use cases (UML) and/or dataflow diagrams, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), project lifecycle, code documentation, databases, etc Education: University degree, or equivalent, with at least 7 years financial industry experience When Responding Please Provide Current Location !!!!!!!!!
