I need a translation of my homepage from German in English. The HP is based on a Joomla CMS system and I would like to ask for an offer that includes: 1. complete translation of the German content in English 2. Programming the homepage resulting in a two language based (German / English) content I have no expertise in web design or programming, therefore the offer has to include the whole work resulting in a "mirrowed" homepage in English. Translating and programming may take 6-8 weeks. I do not accept automated translation. I am not perfect in English but I recognize when it doesn't sound native. Translation has to be professional.
