I need to create an agent-based model for some research I am doing. I am looking for someone who knows how to use netlogo (or another ABM software) expertly. I require someone whose programming skills are EXCELLENT, and who will be working with me on all aspects of the project (initial programming, running he simulation, debugging etc.) Compensation is not an issue.
