Review and interpret all corporate contracts and all customer and supplier documents that pertain to terms and conditions, non-disclosure, and long term commitments Review all contractual documents for compliance with company policies and all applicable laws Establish policies and procedures consistent with corporate requirements Responsible for government contracting compliance requirements and initiative Negotiate with customers and suppliers contractual objectives to final agreement Evaluate and engage in in-depth analysis, preparation and review of responses to proposals Analyze and interpret requirements for compliance as they relate to the export administration regulations (EAR), International Arms Traffic Regulations and other government agencies Responsible for all ITAR programs making sure company is in compliance Serve as corporate liaison with U.S. Government agencies Manage and retain export and import records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Ensure export compliance program integrates with Human Resources, I/T and other PPC department procedures to assure conformity across the company Prepare, submit and monitor the status of license applications, TAAs, Commodity Jurisdiction and Classification Request and other requests that are submitted to various regulatory agencies for approval Key Attributes: - Redline documents to policy - Work with all different levels and stakeholders - Big picture thinker - Communicate well with key internal and external stakeholders - Negotiate agreements with key clients
