ONLINE/SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN MANAGER - Email Marketing Internet Marketing Marketing Strategy Social Media Marketing Marketing
We are a young and innovative group of professionals actively marketing a number of cutting edge products and programs. At the heart of our initiatives lies a passion for technology and coupling that technology with creative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, drive adoption, and ultimately create substantial growths in sales. We need a creative marketer with a keen eye for detail. More than just a DOER, we're looking for a planner to help organize, monitor, and report on actions rather than actually executing those actions. You will be working directly with the company's primary marketeers that will feed you ideas and concepts for you to run with. You will need to offer-up your take on the prescribed approach, offer suggestions to grow the plan/idea and then be the person to document the execution strategy. From the creative inception of the campaign's ideas through the tracking of performance metrics, these will be your responsibilities. The selected candidate MUST be very flexible and exceptional at collaboration. Bull-headed resources that refuse to welcome the true collaborative process or seek to "one-up" ideas for the sake of ego-tripping won't fare well with the team. Job Description: Your responsibilities will be divided into two phases or stages with collaboration and approval as the divider between these stages. For the various products and programs you will be actively serving to promote and grow awareness of, you will be involved in the following: STAGE 1 - CAMPAIGN PROPOSALS =============================== -- Propose 2-3 campaign themes/ideas based upon seed ideas (i.e. "How-To" series, problems solved, etc) -- Define the specific goals of the campaigns (i.e. drive traffic, conversions, boost likes, etc) -- Outline the metrics & timeframes to track campaigns' performance (i.e. likes/week, total likes, click-thrus, etc) -- Specify the mediums/venues involved in the campaign (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, YouTube) STAGE 2 - CAMPAIGN DIRECTION (upon approval/revision of proposed theme) =============================== -- Break-out the execution details for selected campaign (i.e. content topics, conversation topics, timelines) -- Create metric tracking spreadsheet (performance report) -- Document metric baselines -- Track metrics and remit report through the lifetime of the campaign according to the defined schedule Your qualifications: - LOCAL to the San Gabriel Valley (Los Angeles), California - Primary skill: Social Media Marketing & Project Management - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - A complete Elance profile showcasing original advertising content - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: Email Marketing Internet Marketing Marketing Strategy Social Media Marketing Marketing Keywords: Marketing Strategy
