We have a website that is written in PHP, the previous developer developed the project to HTML to PDF conversion, but some forms we are using do not show in the exact format the state recommends. So we want someone who can form fill a PDF. We have a PDF with a bunch of Text Fields and Checkbox Fields. We want to take the information we gather from the website and after the user clicks the pay button it will fill the PDF with this data.
