I need a small flash or animation or whatever you call it but a video type of work on a Image that i have attached below. The work is to add a lady in the image (no need of any pic any rough white gown lady will be fine) sitting in the audience with some more people surrounding it, then she walks up to the stage and waves the hand to audience, I have a small paragraph that needs to be shown after the lady waves the hand. In the background sound of applause when the lady reaches to the stage and fire crackers should burst at the top in sky kind of thing. I need it as quick as possible. please be in the budget.
