My client, a public sector company in Reading are looking for a Digital Services and Channels Manager for a 3-5 month contract with a high possibility to extend further. You will be responsible for the clarity and accuracy of all digital customer communications. You will develop and support all online services. Finally you will support the take-up of on-line services across the company to ensure all customers are being served at the lowest cost to the tax payer. The right candidate will need to have experience in dealing with online communications and web design. You must be used to managing performance and be proactive in communicating and monitoring performance. You must be comfortable at communicating with people at all levels.
