Within our organization, the goal of our technical support coordinator (Client Solutions Strategist) is to provide world-class client relations by educating, troubleshooting, supporting the technology needs of our clients. This position may be ideal for a stay-at-home mom or stay-at-home dad seeking additional income, or a freelancer looking to supplement their existing work on a long-term basis. ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for a "superstar" Client Solutions Specialist who would thrive in a position that includes: 1) Establishing and developing systems to refine current troubleshooting and technical support procedures for web design and branding projects 2) Provide tutorials and basic training for our clients on content management systems (WordPress). Experience with shopping cart software and e-mail marketing software would be considered a strong asset. 3) Handle day-to-day troubleshooting and/or technical support requests in a timely manner (website bug fixes, domain/web hosting issues, etc.) 4) Manage contact with third-party vendors including web hosts and shopping cart providers 5) Communicate web programming needs/issues with our international network of associate designers via e-mail and/or web portal 6) Occasionally, represent our company at trade events both locally and across North America, with expenses to be paid by company. QUALIFICATIONS: 1) 1-3 years in a web design and/or technical support environemnt, ideally in a design or agency environment. 2) Impeccable organization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines simultaneously 3) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a highly courteous phone demeanor 4) A proven track record of dependability and follow-through, both in a client environment as well as within an organization 5) Strong familiarity with WordPress, FTP, cPanel, as well as project management software (eg: Basecamp). Strong knowledge of 1ShoppingCart, Infusionsoft, and Aweber would be considered a strong asset. 6) Ability to work independently from a home office environment, with minimal noise or distractions during daytime hours.
