The grant writer will be primarily responsible for developing for a master grant proposal for foundations and other grant-making organizations, and will persuasively communicate our mission to potential funders. Based on a successful project the Grant Writer will be offered other projects and opportunities to customize the grant proposal to sPacific foundations. The successful candidate will be able to craft funding proposals in a clear and compelling manner. Excellent research and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. Familiarity with medical and technical writing is a plus. We are seeking a grant writer who will also be invested in our mission to conduct research about preconception care treatment. The ideal candidate has experience in non-profit grant writing. In your proposal, please outline your experience and describe your success rate with regard to acquiring grants. Please attach writing samples that demonstrate your ability to effectively reach your audience. If you have any certifications for grant writing, please include that information in your proposal.
