We are a non-profit Cocker Spaniel Rescue using wordpress for our site and to list our adoptable dogs. We need a plugin that will populate a page based either on a category or a tag. We need the plugin to populate this page http://rockymountaincockerrescue.org/adopt-a-dog/ Right now we create the individual posts then go into the page editor and add a linked thumbnail to the post. We would like to automate the page editor portion. So once we either add the post to a category or give it a specific tag the plugin would add the linked thumbnail to the page.
