Joomla Expert Needed

I have a Joomla site with a tabbed module. It has three tabs, one with a video and two others containing text. The module is not displaying quite correctly in any browser, but it looks worse in IE7. It may just be a matter of aligning the CSS, and probably some separate css for IE. There is also some javascript issue (in IE only, nothing serious, just slow page load). The site is at http://www.markitable.com/~historyt/ The module is on the right sidebar. Keywords: Joomla, PHP, CSS
