Michael Santiago, the owner of WriterLance is a fraud. Do not use this service! He took my money on PayPal and ran. PayPal investigated and found that he emptied his PayPal account. He has not responded to either Paypal or me or even from the writer I awarded the project to. I am reporting him to his internet server and to local police near his home. I am also contacting Godaddy who host his domain. If you read this, please email him to ask him to refund money he has taken.
