The error is occuring when I try to create or modify a site template using the membership sites template creation/modification tools inside the site admin. Most site templates are stored in a folder called 'templates'. I can provide exact steps to access inside site admin the template creation/modification tools so you may test and produce the error and fix the error. You must not modify my existing templates but I can assign a template for you the modify for testing purposes. The think the error is a permissions error. The successful result will be my ability to use the template creation / modification tools without error and without erasing any data. The tools must actually work without errors. The tools were working before I transferred my site from one domain to a new dedicated server. So, I think its permissions settings.
