Looking for a web based software application for the purpose of time stamping and displaying information on a web page in real time. A great model to look at is www.iamresponding.com . My goal is to provide a similar service at a reduced cost and limited to the New Jersey area. Technologies Used: Microsoft .NET Framework including ASP.net 2.0, SQL Server 2005, VXML script or similar. An application which would be a web-based software application called EnRoute™. After emergency service providers are dispatched through any existing dispatch system, personnel who are available to respond to the incident speed-dial a phone number (preferrably a VOIP # from skype or online service provider) on any phone. Responders are immediately connected to an automated system, so no one has to answer any telephone or radio calls. The calls last only a few seconds, and can be as brief as the time that it takes to press a single button. On one simple computer screen (accessed through any computer with internet access) their station, chiefs, team leaders and dispatchers immediately see who is responding, their level of certification/qualification, the time that they are responding, and where they are responding (e.g. station or scene). This is achieved by assigning more than one phone number - one for responding to station, and one for responding to scene.
