Run Web Reports from SQL using PHP

I'm looking for a PHP and SQL professional who can create some reports based on 30+ database tables (i believe it is MySQL engine). The table have large amounts of data; therefor, you have to be a pro in writing optimized sql to make it work well. I'm not looking for a dba level, just a sql wizard. Also you must php/html skills to write the pages to retrieve and diplay/download the reports. I need this done within 7-10 days, please. Also you must have excellent communication skills.
